Business Continuity and Resilience Planning (BCR) Update

In light of the evolving pandemic, BCB is adapting and executing its BCR plans. We want to share with you how BCB is managing business continuity.

Naturally, the health and safety of our staff, customers and suppliers is paramount in our response.

We have put in place a framework for timely decision making and positive action. Our BCR Team is reviewing the situation daily and will take all necessary precautionary steps, keeping our focus on the facts and safety protocols advised by the Department of Health, and guidance provided by Steadfast Group Limited.
BCB has made considerable investment in technology, mobility and telephony solutions and we believe these will ensure we are able to provide full continuity of all our services. We expect to continue to provide service of the highest standards to our customers during this transition phase and throughout the pandemic period. The majority of our staff around the country are now working from home.

Our staff and their office phone numbers remain the same and in most cases we are able to video conference business to business, via the Office 365 app “Teams”.
